AB From January 1984 to December 1991, 7949 patients (pts) with cancer were
reported in the tumor registry. 822 pts (10%) were up to age 35, of
which 90 (10%) were in C, females (54%). The common PMN were cervix 23%,
lymphoma and leukemia (L) 18%, Kaposi's Sarcoma (KS) (10%), breast 6%
and brain 6%. In C, it was L 36% followed by brain 23%. In YA, it was
cervix, KS, L, breast. 84% of cervix was Stage 0 and 1 remained constant
over the years. Data are presented in a table. Findings: Though AIDS is
on the rise, lymphoma is not increasing. Cervical CA is declining and to
the contrary KS shows an upward trend. Breast CA also is decreasing in
recent years which is reported in the screened population. Brain tumor
in C is increasing.
